il 4F-MPH è una molecola sintetica appartenente alle classi delle fenetilamine e delle piperidine sostituite, nonché un analogo fluorurato del metilfenidato. Contiene un nucleo di fenetilammina con un anello fenilico legato a un gruppo amminico -NH2 attraverso una catena etilica. È strutturalmente simile all’anfetamina, con una sostituzione a Rα che è incorporata in un anello piperidinico che termina nell’ammina terminale della catena fenetilaminica. Inoltre, contiene un acetato di metile legato a R2 o alla sua struttura. il 4F-MPH è strutturalmente identico al metilfenidato, ad eccezione di un singolo atomo di fluoro legato alla posizione quattro del nucleo della fenetilammina.
4F-MPH HCL
4F-MPH, noto anche come 4F-Ritalin, è un possibile sostituto del Ritalin. È un analogo del farmaco più comunemente prescritto per l’ADHD, il metilfenidato.
